My feeling is that the sector momo has been held back by the concerns about the how the feds are going to react to the legalization effort. My hope is that as the the days pass and there is no statement issued by the feds issuing a plan to shut down the implementation effort in those states, I think we will see a gradual influx of money coming in which will pick up steam and lead to nice runs...

Not sure how long it will take, but that is where my thinking is for now.
