ARRY seeks unspecified amount of cash in underwritten offering

Very frustrating, to say the least, given that had ARRY acted timely, they could have easily raised funds with the share price above $5, if not $6. Now it looks like dilution below $4. So, very disappointing. All this said, as frustrating as this lost opportunity is, there are still many key catalysts for ARRY starting with ASH and extending into 1H13. I'm ultimately a big believer that it's the ultimate clinical results, and not financings, that truly matter. So, I'll continue to hold.
