My question is, if the federal GOV can go after distributers license for the selling of marijuana for rec use, how is it going to help out MJNA, since people will have to buy it illegally. Its a loophole in reversing I-502(WA), and I-62(colorado).

States say they will not arrest those with small amounts(less than 1 oz) but you still wont be able to buy it legally. So if your caught buying it, or growing it to sell, then you can get charged by the Feds.

This is why there is nothing going on with the stock, until the DOJ releases an official statement on their intentions.
