My rebuttal posted to Mr. Shavy's article.
Good work Mr. Shavy on you bear raid, I'm pretty sure you were succesful on you short covering and opened an opportunity for buyers to get in under $1 before 3pm.
It has been almost six month that this stock doesn't go that low. Thats how shorts make their living, sell-short high, buy-to-cover low. And if it doesn't go low, then do a Bear Raid to force it lower and cover, specially that TSL approval can come at any moment and losses can be infinite. I forgot, the QS-B220 already passed TSL qualification, it is on the Independent Certification. So basically the idependent lab just corroborates the tests done at TSL and adresses issues on the device's safety. Every electric device has to go through this to get the UL seal, even hair dryers.
Hope you are enjoying your profits, probably even flipped it and made some more. So congrats on that one.
Now looking forward to the company, it looks very certain that TSL approval is coming, otherwise as you stated, DMRJ would have taken over long time ago. So now I ask myself, why this hasn't happened and why they renegotiated the terms? I'm pretty sure you can't answer the question, not even me, only they can. They won't even convert the warrants and dump them to the market all at once, it doesn't make sense to do so.
Many people ask, why is taking so long for TSL approval? Well as I stated couple of monts ago, getting government approval is a very lengthy process due to the red tape involved. I also commented that on the job I used to have before I negotiated a GSA contract for the company, it took much longer than we thought, but it got done and approval came in at the least expected moment.
