the warrants wouldn't trade at 5.06 but probably around 6 (the premium will last for a few days into the 20 day countdown, so that changes the numbers a little)

BUT i do agree that for longer term profits, warrants should be sold to buy actual stock.

however, in the meantime, if VRNG runs from 3.5 to 4.5, stock holders gain about 29% but i almost guarantee that the warrant will get over 2, probably topping around 2.2.

so 29% gain vs 40-55% gain.

a great way to increase shares in VRNG while still remaining in the stock without tooo0 much volatility.
