Can't wait till a merger deal is done. That could result in the stock being canceled. The SEC is in the process of canceling stocks who haven't updated their filings in 2 years. The NVSOS wasn't updated when the JR deal was proposed. Last update was 9/8/2010 and the registered agent has now resigned. The shareholders have to at least do a LOI to update filings or a notice of cancellation can be issued anytime. Once the notice is posted, then someone has to apear in court instead of just writing a letter.

We should be back on this next week.
