Sorry for the "BUT IN"
My Granddaughter got me " going ".
She is 15 and VERY smart. Been " trading " since 10/11.

" I will be a Multi- Millionaire by 21 " I believe her.

She says with Obama`s policies on Private oil the value of
their positions will rise.

IF FEGR can increase their positive BPD the PPS
can raise. AND their ability to buy more Permits.

She says FEGR could be .03/.05 ??????
