"I am a proud member of the gay and lesbian community and
I stand tall as a 62 year old gay man. I am, however,
very disappointed that every time a gay man gets a sniffle
or takes a pill, someone has to say he has AIDS. This has
happened to me. As a result, I have to make the statement
that I am NOT HIV positive in any way, nor do I have any
terminal illness whatsoever. Anyone who DOES have AIDS,
you are my brother/sister and I cherish you.

My medical records can be viewed by any independent doctor
to verify that this statement is true. I DO have diabetes
and some minor complications related to diabetes, but this
in no way impairs me mentally or physically and is not
serious.

These things have been said by people for their own benefit and gain. I am sorry I had to make this statement in the
first place. That is all I have to say.
