Its all a work in progress. Im not all that surprised by the stagnant pps.
We, as a group, know too much.
The market doesnt know as much about NEOM as we do ... we also are a little in love with NEOM too. Kind of like the mother who thinks her ugly son is beautiful. (not saying NEOM is ugly...so pls, no hate mail !!!)
"Speaking" to billion dollar companies wont move the pps. Signing unconditional deals will move it.....posting good revenues/profits will move it....market acceptance....etc etc.

Right now its all potential, and the UNemotional institutional market WILL NOT buy on potential alone.

In time.....
