Dear Mr. Talari,

I hope all is well with you and your family.

I am writing as a shareholder who has been around since before the reverse split. When that was announced, the company said this was best to make the company more attractive to customers/investors. Please let me know how the company has become more attractive and is that translating to new contracts/revenues. The Stock price has done nothing but retract below the R/S price and also does very limited amount of trading daily, if any at all. I know resources were dedicated to the ITRON event that has been a couple of weeks ago. Will the company let the investors know about the many irons in the fire and what we should expect coming in the future? There are plenty of open items that investors have no clue of status:

- Lockwood Dividend Stocks
- Lockwood court case
- SPC integration/purchase
- Itron relationship
- Outstanding RFP's

Any direction the company is going is better than sitting in silence with no direction at all.
