The biggest question is why anyone would continue to think that any of this "analysis" has any merit? This is a shell that is too broken for anyone in their right mind to do a deal, the NOLs are worth little or nothing to anyone (ASYI included) and even if they did find a sucker to become their latest partner/victim, the amount of dilution the ASYI commons would shoulder makes $.0001 look like a good price.
