PUMP & DUMP minus PUMP = DUMP...!!!!

This can't be any more classic....when the pumping leaves, there's only dumping left. Can it be the word is out about SEC halting this scam..??? Does someone know something that MOST investors don't..??? Good question indeed...where is everyone..?? Where's all the good will over this "legitimate company.?" PWEI is nothing less than a Russell Kidder orchestrated pump and dump scam. He's done it before AND UNLESS THE SEC STOPS HIM he'll do it again...!!!
