Perhaps Bergamo did not count on my conscience.

Have I made mistakes in the past? Yes.
Do I regret them? 95% of them.

Did I do Everything Bergamo asked of me? Yes.
Did my team help me for free in the hopes that Bergamo would fund us as they promised? Yes.
Did I try to salvage the trip and make my own press conferences and business meetings that Bergamo failed to do? Yes.
Did I give Sohail and Hillard "Two more weeks" to pay me as the promised? I gave them 6 months!
Did Sohail tell me and others in multiple conversations that he will reimburse me all my losses? Yes.
Are shareholders losing their wealth / earning / life savings because Bergamo is mismanaging the company? IMHO Yes.
Did the stock price drop ~75% since I met them? Yes.
Did I have anything to do with the drop? NO! (see below)

I worked HARD for these guys and put in my life savings and my mothers retirement / savings ONLY because of Sohail's persistent guarantees that sales are in the bag and palms are greased. Despite not believing him at the time about the greased palms, I did believe that he knew government officials and wealthy citizens looking to upgrade their diesel generators to solar.

I would not have believed him if I did MORE due diligence...and if he did not bombard me with useless work - creating quotes for systems and large farms etc. that all went nowhere...not even an RFP for any of them was presented to us...just a "I need a quote for 950 systems..."

If there is always two sides to a story, Bergamo can either address my points in an objective manner WITH evidence that at the least matches the quality of mine, or we will see in court.
