The CEO of Vertical Designs in the link you posted used to work for COIN, Converted Organics. COIN still holds the patents on vertical farming technology used by MJNA to produce all cannabis based products. MJNA is already working with COIN through its Terrasphere and Pharmasphere subsidiaries. There were negotiations in the past for MJNA to acquire Pharmasphere, but the deal fell through due to finance issues.
