Could that be why things are taking so long because NEOM has to hash out agreements with all the different carriers,cell phone makers, ad agencies, 20% equity gorilla etc., etc.?
I still think that when all the mobile stuff catches on, the networks will have to offer this service or they will lose customers. The problem may be that while mobile is still in it's infancy they will want paid. Any thoughts or commets.
