Check the PRTN board after the APS dump or better after they stopped the pump there were rumors of a "Hard mailer" someone even posted a photo of the mailer. Guess what - it never materialized. A direct mail campaign is too expensive and APS would never do it after they stopped the newsletter promotion.

Look at the charts of PRTN, AMWI and GWBU after the APS pump the stock died.

TAGG is dead time to move on.
