As a shareHolder I seriously disagree, they have not and are not receiving large salaries. They could receive money from BVIG but have NOT. AGAIN HAVE NOT RECEIVED large salaries period without question. It is deceiving to say they have and do when they do NOT!

ShareHolders know the management and board of BVIG and KATX are NOT milking shareHolders, deceiving shareHolders or in any way misleading shareHolders.

There is a sincere effort to complete the S-1 hence the revisions to appease Government Authorities.
We now await final approval from Government Authorities - any day now!!!

There is only one group working against shareHolders past and present - Market Makers working to use the current trading system to transfer equity to their pockets. They are the only ones benefiting from past price drops.

Ken and Tim Stead are the largest shareHolders and have lost far more than any other shareHolder.
They (Ken and Tim) will NOT allow MM's to push our Kats out of business. The effort to discredit the Kats has continued but shareHolders are not and will not be convinced.
