Seems like it will take more than a speech on Friday to move this.

In the last couple of weeks I would say 1B shares have moved hands and the stock still sits at 0.0001/0.0002. What is the magic number to move above 0.0003? Question is, will those who bought the 1B begin dumping at say 0.0004/0.0005 with a large gain?

With the passing of legislation in CO and WA. Also the addition of state #18 in the MMJ area. Big gains can be had, will this stock join that trend?
