- NOK patents worth about $200 million
- an ability to show that they can buy patents accretively so every $1 in the bank is worth more
- the ability to now go after MSFT/YHOO + every other GOOG customer.

Who knows where the kneejerk trading is right after the unhalt. But it can reasonably be instantly valued around $8-10 with upside of up to $20-30 in the long run.
