The lack of reaction is associated with being a pink sheet stock, actions of prior management, and I think above all needing to see actual revenue this time. EXTO/Bayport has kept reinventing itself with each management team. I think they have it right this time. IMO this stock will not make big moves until they start mining. At that point it will be too late to get in below the dollar range.
