IMHO the sales we see are some private placement folks who are cashing in a few shares.. When AAPT started to report the shares became fully available by a few brokers.

Remember.. they have been holding longer than anyone else and deserve profits too.

Note the volume has been low to very low for along time now. The amount of shares being traded are "backround noise".
