We will have an absolute valuation of the company when the audit is done.
If the company has a value of $200 million and an O/S of 20 billion, pps should be valued at .01

And you can be sure that probably both figures will be higher, but it should still end up with the pps value in the .01 to .03 range.

Just a guess, but reasonable so far as we know now.
