Think about it..a 3-to-1 forward split means there's likely over 1billion authorized shares..!! Not that these crooks will acknowledge that in their SEC filings...what SEC filings, you ask? EXACTLY....!!!!! They don't want you to know that they're chomping at the bit to unleash hundreds of millions of shares...problem is, no ones buying.
