Agreed, professionals that have knowledge of OTC products, that however is not calling the local branch for your broker, or some portfolio manager that one works with. These people are clueless as to OTC securities and worse yet have no vague idea what a DTC Global Lock entails. Without a means of DEPOSIT and or TRANSFER and all DEPOSITS being frozen, the BEHL shell cannot be aqcuired by anyone at this time until that Global Lock is removed.

However with current SEC complaints filed naming this dirty shell the Global Lock will never be removed due to the illegal issuance of shares under Reg D Rule 504. This shell never qualified for such an exemption and billions of illegal shares were in fact sold on the open market. Never mind this never had a Form 211 filed on it and is an unsolicited quote security.

So one really should reach out to such sources that have a better understanding of OTC securities and what a Global Lock is.

To recap, local branch office of your broker and some portfolio manager are not such sources.
