Has anyone ever tried to get a business loan from a bank? They don't just give them out to anyone, first you have to have a SOLID BUSINESS PLAN.
I don't think any IB would give Jim money without knowing 100% it was a good investment.

And about the "TTT"
EVERYTIME a science experiment is done, it is first done small scale. Then redone in full scale. Science doesn't change from small to big. Numbers don't lie. Even on TV shows like Mythbusters.
