PWEI "MERGED" WITH SEC HALTED P&D SCAM

Unbeknownst to its shareholders, PWEI bought the assets of ACT Clean Technologies, Inc earlier this year for 150,000,000 shares. ACLH was halted two years ago for "questionable" practices in its press releases and promotion. We ACLH shareholders haven't heard from our leader since February 2011. But guess what?? He's back...! Now with PWEI. So how legitimate to you think PWEI really is?

I guess as legitimate a company can be with no office, employees, revenues...
