Russell Kidder is president of ACLH, a 47.5% common shareholder in PWEI. Two years ago he scammed me and others with his Gulf Oil Spill scam. Our ACLH shares are not being honored by Kidder and his crew. The SEC halted ACLH, and I can see it coming for PWEI.
