So far the only thing that has been proven by SEA is they can read, there is no evidence that the problems are not taken care or that financing could not be obtained. Sea's evidence presented is just what is in the filings, show me real proof something that says they could not get funding or are not producing or do not actually have the properties.

Looks to me like it is a push to drive the pps down, why would a moderator want to push the pps down? logically, it is to purchase as many shares as possible because they know the actual worth is far greater than what they are paying.

Show me the evidence that Weiss/Guttman is no longer involved in a mjor way and maybe a case can be made.
