I believe it's not entirely his/her fault. I mean at first the claims were challenged and rebutted, but like I've always said, time eventually proves or disproves one's point.
Last PR was 7/25... in a few weeks [11/25] it'll be 4mnths of no news!
Still not Current with the OTC, actually --went from a Yield sign to a Stop sign. Business status with the Nev. SOS still not reinstated. Two things that could easily have been done in the meantime if the "books" are in order (for the OTC) and have cash (for the reinstatement).
Sure he posted over 100posts slamming the Company and it's CEO in just couple of months and polluted the iBox --- but what has the Company done in the meantime to dispell anything?
I find it difficult that just a poster from iHub clobbered a Company to the point that volume dried up and PPS came sliding down. Perla has got to assume the blame. If a sports team gets criticized for losing, not hustling, etc., then they practice and do what they have to - to win and prove the naysayers wrong. You can't blame the canary in the mineshaft.
Shareholders write to the Company if "it's still a working company?" [smallfish]. . . That sounds like a question of fear, and instead of a substantive response, he gets "yes it is." That was it. Another asks for any information or timeframe for any news ... a question of hope, instead... silence.
What I DO blame him for, is the relishing of other people's suffering... how sick is that? No volume, except for an occasional smalltime buy or sell, but essentially interest has dried up, no new buyers, why this constant chiming in? Who's left to dissuade to buy? Who's nose is he trying to rub it into? Poor form. We all know people like this in our lives, who enjoy others' trials & tribulations == and the ones that I know personally who relished other people's suffering or failures, in time karma got up to them BIG (except for one guy at work)!

Sorry for the lenghty rant DD ... just frustrated.
