SBCO in conjunction with a Minority Owned Business have tendered an LOI to an International Gate Valve Company.
These valves have a proven track record all over the world. As reported in various media outlets water and wastewater processing and management are a major component of our deteriorating infrastructure. The need to repair, preplace and new construction will grow exponentially in the near future. These valves are a component of water treatment systems and wastewater treatment systems.
We have an ISO certified foundry and machine shop in place South East Asia (Thailand) and additional sourcing arms in India and China.
We prefer the Thai factory andhave been associated with them for over 20 years. We have ten sales/distribution companies in major markets of the United States ready for operation. We are electing to go through independent sales representatives.
