Did you read CGardner's response to SCCO filings about acquisitions?

Take a look at the SEC's requirements for disclosure regarding use of proceeds when an acquisition is pending or signed. You can't just say "capital expenditures" if you have a material deal pending.

SCCO isn't a possibility just like Goldcorp - time to move to another company for a buyout rumor.

SRGE is fading fast - legs are buckling - if SRGE were a horse they would put it down.
