Second, companies are NOT allowed to share any insider news about upcoming filings. This is ILLEGAL, and if you somehow obtained this information, you are in hot waters--it doesn't make it any better that you're posting on a public board.
Third, this company is complete trash. To begin, this company is located in Jamaica, whose economy is amongst the worst in the world--I assume you know this, claiming to have done your DD and all. In addition, their business model is horrible which reflects their income statement. This company made $1,000 in revenue last year and has a current market cap of $6 million. Why would anyone want to buy this overvalued, worthless stock? It's down 98% from it's highs and is heading lower. This is FACTUAL, there is no denying it. Call me a basher, I don't care; this company is going under sooner rather than later, friend.
