couple of interessting posts ive read here today and it seems that market awarness, the current financing and what its actually in the ground are the main issues. so here are my thoughts on these subjects for those interested.

As you can see from the investor presentation below, the company plans to do a awarness campaign and some additional fiancing in Q4. We already had a "campaign" here with updates about the baltimore mine and as you can see there, are people posting on this board on a daily basis and also new people hit the boards from time to time. that is good, agreed it could be better but thankfully its not worse than that.



The current financing happend is not a good thing. giving notes out for money with a high interest rate is nothing i would do by myself but this happens all the time with penny stocks. the good thing about SAGD is, the company is fully transparent and you can see the financing and how much money the company got. What is this money going to be used for? Well our Ceo will not pay a promoter with this money, im pretty sure about that. He will do field work out there and get us our sample results!
a stock promotion will be paid by someone else at a later time imo. we, the shareholders and buyers here have one goal for the future until news come out and a promo gets started. that is keeping the shareprice as high as possible! the only way to do achieve that is getting shares out of the float. if you are (big) bid sitter your doing a nice job of protecting against a huge drop and sometimes you get some shares at a discount. if your a ask slapper your aggressively trying to push the stock higher. ive done both a few times here and others have done that, too. thanks for that to all, now and in future!
Why should you do that and what is actually in the ground here? Well we dont know. Maybe not even Ray knows? That should be the reason why we are priced like a empty shell company imo. But seriously, do you belive a team with this expirience in minig would buy a empty whole and call it their flagship? I dont.
