Why is that true Jeff? Icm despite it's layoffs is still a "valid" company the least GERS would win is ICM itself. Indemnification will NOT be a reason for the judge to not penalize the proven infringers.

When you agree with falsely construed reasoning you will end up with people saying oh well lets not sue but sell our equipment that is minimum 20% more expensive through royalty because its better.
