The $1 MILLION piece of the 450 MILLION shares is reinvested into the company.

If/when Barry/Lisa sell those shares that would provide them with $9 MILLION in proceeds at the current .02/share market price.

In the example above that is an $8 MILLION capital gain for Barry/Lisa.

Good for them!

Dilution BAD for the little guy (like yourself).
