Man that certification process seems to take forever, but that is why it carries so much credibility. I agree if you just bought a AOAC certification it would be issued quickly. If certs were not going to happen for MMTC this would have been rejected long ago. The MIT scanners work to detect the things that hurt us and make reporting a breeze. All this will help food handlers comply with new, budget trimmed government regulations. Certs will open the sales flood gate. Better get more shares. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!!!
