Intent cannot actually be used for anything except promises. OTOW’s intent is to do a lot of things, but how much of that has actually come to fruition? Potential, like intent, cannot buy a cup of coffee on Main Street, let alone Wall Street. While I might post the potential of OTOW all day long, the worth is in the results. Val has yet to produce anything but a chaotic mess.
