USA Company Seeks to Acquire Local Construction Company

Siteworks Building and Development Co., (SWKJ) another of Prestige Asias Imports to bangkok seems to already be in discussion with a local construction company.
Prestige Asia has already brought to Asia several USA and European based companies, but in the last few months it seems to have really turned up the heat with 2 listed USA companies not only taking on its services but using Prestige to negotiate a successful Asian entry.
Rumour is Prestige, on behalf of SWKJ, has approached Double Nine Trillion (99 Trillion) to acquire both its operation and management. The prospect company is expected to return solid margins based on existing business and SWKJs expertise in the first year of operation.
"I would like SWKJ to acquire our take over target for many reasons crucial to the growth in the region. The details, however I am not at liberty to discuss the details of our negotiations, I can say, we are doing our best for SWKJ here in Thailand", said Sutida Suwunnavid, the President of Prestige.
