Expert Group, Inc. Announces Change of Business Direction into
Bottling Pure Mountain High-Altitude High-Alkaline Spring Water

MIAMI, Sept. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Expert Group, Inc. (the Company) (OTC: EXPU) is pleased to announce that it finalized a licensing deal with Pleasant Springs Farms to Bottle Pure Mountain High-Altitude High-Alkaline Spring water.
"We have been pursuing a number of business opportunities and we feel that now is the perfect time to enhance shareholder value by entering the water bottling sector," stated Robert Rico, President. "We are excited about the potential and interest being generated in the water bottling business worldwide and we are further pleased with our current negotiations," Mr. Robert Rico also stated.
Under the terms of this agreement Mr. Al Culbreth will be appointed as new CEO Pleasant Springs Farms, Inc. a Georgia corporation that has been bottling high alkaline pure spring mountain water since 1995. The company has been the water of choice for three presidential terms and has been distributed in over 48 states.
The Company finalized negotiations on September 21, 2012, and will provide press release information as it becomes available.

Hello All
Here is another trips with news on the way and at a great low price of .0004 for a float under 1 billion now. This si also nice as the volume at this price reacts to hundred million days with more then a double and ready for news to hit now.
Key is we are getting in now ahead of the news release when the rest of the market reacts to it and by the time news hits we should have made free shares or a reduced price average to make an easy five bagger.
Look for low prices on the level 2 to get in early and support the bid to follow the volume. If we see a huge surge in volume then follow the volume up now.
The short term chart indicators are great on small volume and ready to make the .0008 price range fast the first sign of volume.
The first day we are adding at the bid and the second we mill see more action at the ask as the bid increases.
Play them fast and right for a profit for a second and third run here beofre news to get free shares.

1 the assets to liabilities ratio

The assets to liabilities are great inn the new company this is coming into as they have only 26 k in assets and 52k in liabilities for this new add on. This is about the same as one years sales of the previous company and the added revenues of the new water will help increase the assets and even out the liabilities.

2 The management handling of the Fins shows strength in managing shareholder value.

The receiving company shows great strength here on the fins as the manage costs well and even double the cash-flow on interest last quarter.

3 revenues increasing to further future growth

Revvenues will increase as they add the new business as they have existing customers with the government as well as retail. This will do well the next year on added revenues now.

4 unique product or business plan that will continue growth

Water is not a unique product but bottling it in glass is and so much cleaner for refills and home use. This also helps the environment as well with less trash.

5 lower float with room to grow and not maxed out

The float is low at this price range of .0004 as the size is less then 1 billion and this is a triple low price stock now. Many with larger floats sell many more shares then here and this is been a low volume stock for years now.

6 Green earnings per share or very near to green now and will be this year

The company is just short of green already and adding new revenues will help us see larger green down the road with larger revenues now.

7 increased revenues and news of major growth steps

Adding the new company will increase revenues at the least the next four quarters. Also major news of the new company will be announced very soon now as the deal gets finished and being ahead of the news is good now.


8 board or stock has not been abused by daytraders on the ihub or is not known at all

There are very few daytraders on the board and with the right concentrated volume for a week or so we can break out of the trips beofre the news release and be ready for a quarter trip. Key to survival here is to flip this each 100% increment for 75% of share held and be ready to support the dips for a coupel of weeks now.

9 the level 2 has room to grow and allow all the Wave readers to get in at a great price

Level 2 cl;early shows hundred million day will double and possibly triple this. With two days of 100 million we will see the trips gone and then a nice dip to reload at the first week we are in.

to get in and increase volume plus allow profit and increase for all the
