Best I can tell its neither but the only PR we have seen in the last year was about creating an Internet division?

By know they should have mostly gone through the 2 million they got from the sale of the majority of their property a year plus ago.

They have done nothing useful with those funds and last I checked continue to lose money quarterly slowly eroding that cash.

No plan etc, should be out of cash soon.
