Chief Executive Officer / Founder

After a 25 year distinguished career in banking and finance, Founder and CEO Timothy P. Volk gathered a consortium of some of the top Scientists, Engineers, and Green Technology experts in the field of Plasma Gasification together to design and build a mobile hazardous waste remediation device now called the Arc Master I.

After establishing Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. (formerly Carbon Based Partners, LLC) Hazardous Waste Remediation & Sustainable Energy Solutions Provider, Mr. Volk lead the VPS marketing effort for waste to energy solutions for the City of Reynosa, Mexico; became a member of the US-Mexico 2012 Environmental Cleanup Consortium; was the sales& marketing lead for VPS in support of USST Corp, ERM, Sullivan International Group, and GeoVada ; supported the technology briefings to the City of Orange, CA. Mayor's Office, The Office of Orange County (California) Supervisor Bill Campbell's office, United States Congressman Darrell Issa's office and staff

Mr. Volk graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while playing on the University's Baseball and Rugby Teams, he holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker's License, and speaks conversational Spanish and Portuguese. He is married with 4 children and one grandchild, and resides in Southern California.

With over 8 years of financial consulting for both private and public equity markets, Mr. Parsons is an expert in the field of asset valuation, funding structures, and public release document generation. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/ Economics from California State University Sacramento, Sacramento, Ca. and Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies/ Business San Joaquin Delta College and West Hills College, Stockton/ Coalinga Ca. He also brings 10 years of experience in capital accumulation and increasing shareholder value for numerous "green" companies, and Merger and Acquisition analytics, as well as accredited investing in green tech start-up's and full scale production companies.
