The A/S count is ONE BILLION. If one takes the last O/S share count and assumes most trades were sells over the past year, there are probably at least 300 million shares held by the company! (I believe it is actually over 500 milly!)A R/S is total and complete BS right now. In fact, if someone believes all trades were the company diluting, I have a bridge to sell.
