Financing finalization and patent approval will drive the price higher. As far as the company needing money to build the plant it wants, That will all come through financing. My guess is that the plant cost should be around 20-40 Million dollars. They borrow that money and when they start producing arc masters they pay off their debt and they are free and clear. Many biopharmaceutical companies do this. But I agree that the more press releases the company puts forward the faster the shareprice will climb.
