Share prices are a reflection of the present value of future cash flows.

Bergamo cannot show WHERE their cash comes from, Where it goes, HOW much they have today, or WHY they don't pay out dividends.

If there is not a RUSH to buy these uber cheap shares, it is because rational, profit oriented investors have already spoken (through NOT purchasing the stock) and said in effect:

"I do not trust HH and SP and BERGAMO because they cannot show where they get their money, where they spend their money, where they keep their money, how they made money, what are their revenue streams, future plans, etc."

The proof is in the pudding, and no one is buying this batch!
