Fair enough, although if that's what you meant it didn't seem that clear to me in your post...

But we aren't selling widgets here, it's a TV station that needs some work (making the shows it is going to air, for instance), if PunchTV was a perfect station when ICPA bought it probably wouldn't have been available to purchase...

Besides that,they HAVE been adding affiliates on a pretty regular basis.

That's the first step with tv as far as "selling" because the more affiliates the more viewers, the more viewers the more you can charge for advertisements.

Shouldn't any money be spent on programming and adding affiliates at this stage in the game? (which is very, very early)

Let's not pretend ICPA has owned PunchTV for seven years....it has been less than five months.
