Not "great". In fact, it's not even relevant; nor has it EVER been relevant here. Why pay taxes to Delaware when your soon-to-be corporate parent is incorporated in New Jersey? Why pay taxes when you're going out of business (the way MKHD stopped paying its taxes back in December when it was contemplating the same thing -- indeed, it only commenced doing so 2 WEEKS before the announcement of the "GLCS" merger)? ASYI's state of incorporation is Nevada, and as far as IT's Secretary of State is concerned, all is well there. Indeed, you'd do well to ALSO remember that a merger not only means a new ticker symbol ... but a brand new SIC number for purposes of taxes due and owing (i.e., GLCS's SIC number that is).

ASYI is simply 'giving-up-the-ghost' (on an almost weekly basis now) in order to scare-off the unread here. They've probably even talked about the prospect of having Beatty kill himself on CNBC ... but rejected it because they knew deep down that no one would really care. Just like it attempted to do early last week when it was announced that the STOP-sign had appeared on its OTC web-page. LOL! It misses ONE 10-Q filing and it receives the dreaded STOP-sign ... while MKHD has missed THREE of them AND a 10-K; and yet there's no STOP-sign on its OTC web-page.

So why do you think that ASYI got its little STOP-sign EVEN BEFORE THE TERMININATION OF THE 6-MONTH PERIOD required by FINRA?

The only way that you can speed-up the process is to REQUEST IT!

ASYI is DEAD, DEAD, DEAD, AND IT NO LONGER GIVES A D@MNED ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO IT.

LONG LIVE GLCS ... and that 80% controlling interest that it purchased for $450,000 to $500,000 back in late June/early July. And because there is no honor among thieves, you can bet that tricked-out CHOPPER of yours that Beatty, Haines, Merus and Dynamic all INSISTED that GLCS transfer 100% of its shares to ASYI while that little purchase was underway in the public marketplace. I believe that kind of situation is better known as "we can't now unwind the transaction".

God, but I LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
