Thanks Renee for the post,

seems to me this is just SEC crossing their T's and Dotting their i's in accordance to their rules and regs.

Far as I'm concerned nothing has really changed.

APWR still says it planning on returning to compliance.

I can wait!

I do find it weird that SEC announcements always seem to pop up days before a Class Action Hearing. (3rd time)
