BB Solar would have raised capital if Bergamo me the requirements of our agreement.

And we DID have a product to sell but Bergamo's people stole it.

And we DID have a legitimate business plan but Bergamo couldn't fund us for even $1.

Bergamo can say anything they want, because I have the emails and witnesses to prove they "wanted" to fund us 100% and then remunerate me for my losses.

BB Solar did EVERYTHING WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. BERGAMO DID NOTHING.
