That is exactly what happened with BB Solar. Hillard didn't even care about a contract, NDA, getting a press conference set up, getting accommodations set up, making sure the people I was supposed to meet actually were available to meet / wanted to meet me, and of course lying about owning Greensafe and Suntrough etc.

I wonder how Bergamo can defend against LYING flat out in their "business plan" about owning those companies.

BERGAMO: Put out a public business plan for all to read. After all you are a public company and most public companies release a form of their business plan as a part of their annual report.
