Good job pointing out that I am correct and your point really isn't one, I did identify that "some of the Management is the same and some are not and appear to have no role in the other company", the day to day Operational Administrative Roles for ProElite belong to people like T Jay Thompson who is the Director of Operation of ProElite but again don't appear to have any Role identified within or with Stratus itself so it's pretty clear I am right again so Thanks for pointing that out.
SMDI doesn't just own an "interest", it owns 95% and fully controls PELE - having all of SMDI senior executives now as PELE senior executives. SMDI officers are now PELE officers and running that company, whatever there is to run.
SMDI has nothing to do with ProEltie in the first place. SMDI is a Stock Symbol for a Company called Status Media Group who owns Shares in a company called ProElite, who's Shares are recognized separately from those of the Status Media Group.
There is no debate on this point.

You can't because it does not exist. They are 2 separate company's with 2 separate groups of Stock, I thought I was pretty clear on that point as well. Yes your are Right there I am Shareholder and I continue to believe there is value ProElite and it's product and I cannot speak of or for Stratus.
Whatever value you thought was in ProElite on a per share basis has now been reduced by a factor of 20x since over a billion PELE share have to be issued (or have been issued) to SMDI upon conversion of its preferred stock.
I continue to believe there is value in ProElite and it's product and I cannot speak of or for Stratus. I will withhold my opinion until an I feel it has been an appropriate amount time has passed to then evaluate whether the people responsible for the company whom I have Invested in have done a good job. On the current status or value of my Investment it really doesn't appear to be any of your business as they are my Shares and you don't even appear to own any shares yourself, so have trouble seeing your point or appreciating your concern.

In reality these Shares and their value are all just numbers on a page. I have seen company's with tens of thousands of Shares who were worth nothing and company's with Billions of Shares who were or became worth billions. I personally don't care about Share Counts, I care about Value and Value alone, again I state "I continue to believe there is value in ProElite and it's product and I cannot speak of or for Stratus."
ProElite is what matters here.
